To keep your flowers fresh: trim stems at a 45° angle every 2 days, change water daily, keep away from direct sunlight and heat, remove wilted petals promptly, and use the flower food provided with your order. With proper care, our flowers can last 7-10 days.

We take full responsibility for the quality of our flowers. If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. Your happiness is our priority. Damaged or wilted flowers are replaced free of charge.
